Welcome to Dakota Construction, LLC. We are a general contracting company that specializes in building custom homes, remodels and additions in Boulder, Colorado and the surrounding area. Our services include the design, plans and construction in all phases of residential and light commercial construction. We focus our efforts on ensuring that our work is of the highest quality and the craftsmanship is unique to every customer we have.

Dakota Construction, LLC is a general building contractors, founded in Crested Butte, CO. by Nick Schwab and is now serving the Boulder and the surrounding area.
Our broad background and experience in all phases of construction allows us to operate as a full service construction company that can meet all of our clients' needs. Over the years, we have successfully completed a wide variety of projects including tenant improvement work, new commercial and residential construction as well as commercial and residential remodeling.
